About the Role...
Salary.com is competitively positioned as a leading enterprise resource for compensation data, software, consulting, and education. As a Salary.com Sales Trainer you will design and deliver training programs for sales personnel, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, prospecting and engagement strategies. The Sales Trainer will conduct in person group training sessions, deliver one on one and cohort coaching, and take part in live sales presenations and product demos to identify gaps across the team and for individual team members. The Sales Trainer will work cross functionally with our Sales Leaders, Customer Success Leaders and Pre-Sales functions.

- This position is a hybrid role and requires being in our Waltham office a minimum of three (3) days per week.

- Based Salary: $80,000-$85,000 base salary, plus a commission component
A Day in the Life...
- Develop training and coaching materials and programs
- Conduct training and coaching sessions and workshops
- Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to compete in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and determine the most effective training methods.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to deliver sales training programs. Take part in seller product and sales presentation certification process
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure flawless execution.
- Conducts industy and product domain traninng to enhance expertise across the sales organization.
- Research 3rd party sales tools and make recommendations to sales leaders.
About You...
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or sales training.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred.
- Training and Development Certification preferred.
