About the Role...

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing,you will be responsible for managing the execution of email communications for both lead generation and upsell campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, metrics-driven, organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.


We are looking for an individual that has been successful in this role at another high-scale B2B SaaS company or marketing agency.The ideal candidate has managed an 8-figure house list and successfully leveraged email at scale as a key component of their GTM mix.


  • This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA.
  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000 plus a 10% bonus potential

A Day in the Life...

  • Apply email best practices and support the efficient and effective use of the email channel to drive engagement and new business. 
  • Build and manage email lists using specific segmentation criteria.
  • Create and implement standalone, HTML emails as well as automated nurture campaigns through marketing automation platform with a "mobile first" mentality.
  • Test and QA all emails across multiple platforms/devices.
  • Create and execute A/B tests (segmentation, subject line, creative, CTA, timing, etc.) designed to improve campaign engagement and performance; document and apply learnings to future sends.
  • Measure email campaign performance and share results with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain email marketing calendar.
  • Optimize database management to support high-scale email program

About You...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of email marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation tools - Pardot preferred
  • HTML and photo editing skills
  • Knowledge of digital trends and email marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication skills; strong English language skills
  • Prior experience with a SaaS company or marketing/advertising agency
  • Proactive individual that can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
